Apparently, some nutjob is running around Bethesda, MD shocking ladies with a stun gun… among other things. First he assaulted a lifeguard at a hotel pool with the stun gun. A couple of hours later a guy, matching his description, exposed himself to some women in a bookstore.
I don’t know about you, but the composite sketch of the perpetrator is confusing me a little bit. Does the guy have a mustache and beard? Because, looking at the sketch, I’m getting the impression that he used a black Sharpie marker to draw a mustache and beard on himself.
I think it might be time for the Montgomery County police department to request assistance from the FBI. The Feds can use their high tech resources and experts to generate a computer image of what the suspect may look like if he decides to draw on a pair of glasses.
